PEKING DUCK · YUM CHA

A duck roasted for crisp skin, carved at the table, and shared the way it’s meant to be.

The Golden Crane Ritual

Every service follows the same quiet discipline — lacquered skin rendered until it shatters, warm pancakes folded by hand, and a table that slows down to share. It is less a meal than a ritual we repeat, plate after plate.

Carved at your table, in the tradition of Beijing.

Our ducks are carefully selected from the finest farms and expertly roasted to a crisp, golden skin, then carved tableside with meticulous skill. Each slice is folded into a delicate pancake with sweet hoisin and thin strips of green onion.

Loved by regulars, lunch and dinner

An absolute standout, and easily one of the most memorable dining experiences we have had. The room is elegant, the service is calm, and the duck is the reason to come back.

An outstanding evening from start to finish. The booths feel intimate, and the duck is a must — the skin is perfectly crisp.

The duck carries a genuine, traditional Beijing flavour, and the pancakes are soft and pleasantly chewy.
